Looks like I have the premises for my new shop.......
Off to the wood reclamation yard today to find some choice bits to build the counter/shelves/walls out of. Old wood, old metal, old leather, mexican blankets, sheepskins. That's the plan. No buying the shop fit......gonna make it.
